If you purchase a digital course or bundle and find that it does not meet your expectations, you have three (3) calendar days from the date and time of your original purchase to request a full refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send a message using the Contact form by logging in to your account within the 3-day window.
- Include "Refund Request" and your Order Number in the subject line.
- Provide a brief explanation of why the product was not a good fit for you. (Your feedback helps us improve, though it will not affect the approval of your refund as long as it meets the conditions below.)
3. Fair Use & Conditions
Because our products are delivered digitally and grant instant access to a vast library of downloadable content, this guarantee is subject to a strict "Fair Use" policy to prevent fraud and abuse.
A refund will not be granted if our system shows that you have:
- Downloaded or accessed a significant, unreasonable portion of the course materials (e.g., mass-downloading multiple courses from the bundle within the first 3 days).
- Violated our Terms of Service (such as sharing your login credentials or distributing the content).
We reserve the right to review your account activity and deny refund requests that appear to abuse our policy.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card statement or in your bank account, depending on your financial institution and our payment processor (Payhip/Stripe/PayPal).
5. Past the 3-Day Window
Refund requests submitted after the 3 days has expired will not be honored. Once the guarantee window closes, your one-time payment is final and non-refundable, and you will retain lifetime access to the materials you purchased.
